Hereby, Hereafter, Hereto, Hereof 와 같은 표현들은 평상시에는 거의 보기 힘들지만 계약서에서는 늘 등장하는 표현입니다.
각각의 뜻과 예시를 정리해봤습니다.
1. Hereby
이에 따라, 이로써
예) I hereby agree to the contract.
이에 따라 나는 이 계약에 동의한다
A and B hereby acknowlege the agreement.
이에 따라 A와 B는 이 계약 내용을 이해한다
2. Hereafter
이하, 이후에는
예) THIS AGREEMENT for A (hereafter referred to as the "Project"),
이 계약은 A를 위한 (이하 "프로젝트"라고 함)
3. Hereto
이 문서에, 본 문서에서
예) This agreement shall not be deemed to constitute any party hereto to be the agent of other party or any other third party, not shall it constitute the New Company to be formed under this Agreement an agent of any party hereto.
본 계약의 어떤 당사자도 본 계약에 따라 다른 당사자 또는 다른 제 3자의 대리인을 구성하는 것으로 간주되지 않으며
본 계약에 따라 설립되는 신회사(New Company)도 어떤 당사자의 대리인으로 간주되지 않는다.
